"Very disappointed. I called and told them to drop collision insurance on a vehicle that was not being driven. About 9 months later, they call to "update" their system only to find out they never reduced the coverage. They can't back-date due to their fault. Out nearly $1,000. Sad. I wouldn't recommend."

"I was a customer to this business for about a year. Here are the reasons I give this place 1 star

- They don’t answer phones and take days to call you back. I had to reach out to State Farm administration to get Amanda to respond to me. Sometimes she won’t even call you back and will text you.
- They rose my insurance even though I’ve had no insurance claims, accidents or tickets for 5 years. I asked why they are raising it she didn’t have a good answer except the market.
- I switched to Allstate and I am saving $1,600 this year.
- Every insurance company I have worked with usually mails a check within 2 weeks. It took 4 months to get my check from State Farm. I cancelled my plan in July and didn’t get my check until October. I had to have Statefarm administration to force Amanda to release the check.

Don’t go to this place. It was the most weird experience I have had with an insurance company. I don’t do things like this (leave public bad reviews) but I had to with this one. Worst customer service I’ve ever had."
