"I had questions about upcoming insurance payments, due to receiving many emails that stated changes were being made in State Farm’s system.
My first call was answered by Beck, who was not able to answer all my questions, because I needed to speak with an agent. He promised to have an agent call me back shortly, and was very nice to deal with. Melissa called me back shortly after that, and she was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions, and explaining the changes in the system. She was very knowledgeable, and her engaging personality made it easy to converse with her. When I hung up, I felt like I understood much better, and was reassured that despite State Farm’s systemic changes, I was, and would remain, a valued customer. Thank you to both of them.

"Very disappointed. I called and told them to drop collision insurance on a vehicle that was not being driven. About 9 months later, they call to "update" their system only to find out they never reduced the coverage. They can't back-date due to their fault. Out nearly $1,000. Sad. I wouldn't recommend."
